You can learn at your own pace, jump in and out, or repeat the lessons as often as you need. Content is deliberately designed to be bite sized with content delivered over the length of the course.

Courses are delivered online via our easy-to-navigate Learning System, where you will discover interactive online learning/written content, resources, quizzes and assessment.

Yes! You can complete the modules at your own pace and revisit them anytime with access for 24 months.

Each week there is likely to be short videos on different topics, plus downloads such as ebooks, self-assessments or worksheets. This is the core of the course and what we want to teach you.  

For most courses, an hour over a week is more than enough time - but we encourage you to allow time to reflect and practice the skills too.

You'll have 24 months access to all course materials, so you can revisit them whenever you need.

🦜Do I need any prior knowledge or experience?

Not at all! The course is designed for all levels, whether you're new to the topic or looking to deepen your understanding.

🦜Is the Resilience Blueprint online therapy?

No. Because Dr. Amanda has not met you or conducted an assessment, she cannot provide tailored therapy. Instead, the Resilience Blueprint is educational and written to help you build practical skills.

🦜Is there an in-person option?

For organisations seeking group programs, the Resilience Blueprint program can be delivered in person - please enquire for pricing options.

Otherwise, you can choose to book a coaching session, or in some courses, you can choose to work one-on-one, or in a group format with one of our Psychologists.

If available, these options are offered at the point of purchase. Feel free to reach out and chat to us about your individual needs.

🦜I’m already working with a Psychologist. Do I need this course?

This online course is not designed to replace the one-on-one work you will do with a Psychologist but instead to complement it.

🦜Can I get a certificate of completion?

Yes, of course! A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course.

🦜Can I claim on my private health fund?

Check with them what your cover entitles you to purchase. Each fund varies.

🦜Can I use NDIS funding?

Rules change, so it's best to check at the time of purchase. At the time of writing, Carer/Parent Training is still a billable service within the NDIS as long as the training is disability specific and will meet the participants impairment needs.

🦜Can I use WorkCover Funding?

If this meets your treatment goals it may be approved. Check with your case manager and psychologist for approval before purchasing the course.

🦜Do you offer live coaching or support with the courses?

Some courses include optional live coaching sessions with Dr. Amanda Mullin or one of our Clinical Psychologists.

Coaching is designed to deepen your understanding and help you apply the content to your unique situation. Check the course description to see if coaching is included or available as an add-on.

🦜Can I add on personal or executive coaching to my online course?

Yes, you can book coaching and upgrade on moany programs to receive personalised feedback and additional benefits.

No. In purchasing access to this course you are not allowed to share your password or access with others.

It is not permitted to share, copy or reproduce our content without the written permission of Mindworx Psychology Pty Ltd.

Access to the course is for your personal use only. However, we allow you to share the downloadable summaries and resources with your partner and family for personal use.

🦜Can I get a refund if the course isn’t right for me?

We believe in the quality and value of our courses. Because they are fully digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you have questions about a course before buying, please reach out to us - we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

In line with Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you choose to enrol into. This is an on-demand course, all purchases are final once we provide the content.

Course Withdrawal

  • A 90% refund is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled in writing within 7 days of the course commencement date and you have not accessed course content. We retain some of the fee to cover the extra administration and any bank processing fees we incur.

  • No refund will be provided after 7 days of the course commencement date.

  • Due to copyright, and content copying issues, no refund will be provided where course content has been accessed.

  • Printed materials and instant downloads are non-refundable.
