Twelve live sessions over six weeks. Two a week, both at lunchtime, both online. Join live, or watch the catch up.
Tuesdays, 1pm AEDT – the ideas. One thing, properly explained, science translated into something usable the same afternoon. Recorded with a replay.
Thursdays, 1pm AEDT – doing it together. We open the room and actually do the work together. Map the profile. Audit the week. Build the thing.
If you've body doubled before, you'll know why this exists. If you haven't – it's the difference between owning a workbook and having filled one in. Thursdays are a session to help you take Tuesday's aha moments and turn them into actionable insights to improve your life.
Dates Tuesdays 13, 20, 27 October and 3, 10, 17 November & Thursdays 15, 22, 29 October and 5, 12, 19 November 1pm AEDT (midday Brisbane, 10am Perth)
Diagnosed with ADHD, AuDHD, or another form of neurodiversity? Or perhaps you suspect it? Maybe your child was just diagnosed, and you're thinking "Is this me?"
The good news is, you're not alone - and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.
Introducing my signature program, THE ADHD EDITION, thoughtfully created for ADHDers and AuDHDers to help you embrace your unique brain and unlock your true potential.
Here’s what we’ll do together:
✅ Dive into what ADHD is - and isn't.
✅Learn all about your neurotype and nervous system - why you might be 'sensitive' sometimes, and unaware at others.
✅ Explore the challenges you face so you can understand not just why you experience challenges like time blindness - but also how to put effective supports in place for yourself.
✅ Discover effective techniques, strategies, and tips to build routines and rhythms that truly work for your life.
✅ Embrace new ways of tackling life that embrace your unique energy patterns and brain differences.
✅ Take a strengths-based approach to your neurodiversity - celebrating your differences while letting go of words like “disorder” or “deficit.”
✅ Ready to make meaningful changes? I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Let’s rethink what thriving means and create a life that aligns with you.
Are you ready to Think Differently? Join me live in The ADHD Edition.
Struggling to manage ADHD as an adult? Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed, self-identify as neurodivergent, or have lived with ADHD for years, finding practical strategies and support can feel overwhelming. That’s why I created The ADHD Edition, a course designed to help adults with ADHD navigate life with confidence, clarity, and ease.
As an ADHDer myself, it's what I wish I knew, the strategies that have helped me flourish as a Clinical Psychologist, multi-business owner, wife and mum - and those that have helped my clients flourish too.
This course is tailored specifically for adults with ADHD, offering:
✅ Proven ADHD-Friendly Strategies – Learn how to create effective routines, manage time, and stay organised without frustration.
✅ Tools for Emotional Resilience – Gain insights into regulating emotions and handling overwhelm.
✅ Strengths-Based Approach – Embrace your neurodivergent brain and focus on what makes you uniquely powerful.
✅ Practical Tips for Everyday Life – Discover simple, effective ways to improve focus, productivity, and relationships.
This isn’t just another course - it’s a supportive and transformational program built for adults who think differently. As an ADHDer, and a Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in neurodiversity, I designed this course to address the specific challenges and strengths of ADHD minds.
You’ll gain:
Live video lessons.
Practical exercises and actionable tools you can implement immediately.
A supportive framework for embracing your neurodivergent identity.
The ADHD Edition is perfect for:
Adults diagnosed, or newly diagnosed with ADHD or AuDHD.
Those who suspect they may have ADHD and want to learn more.
Anyone ready to break free from overwhelm and embrace a strengths-based approach to neurodiversity.
People who look nothing like the diagnostic criteria because they've been compensating their whole life.
Many resources focus on “fixing” ADHD. The ADHD Edition is different. We leave behind terms like “disorder” and “deficit” and instead focus on:
🌟 Building systems that work for your brain.
🌟 Celebrating neurodiverse strengths.
🌟 Doing parts work with your inner critic.
🌟 Creating a thriving life that aligns with who you are.
That doesn't mean pretending it's easy. It isn't. Chronic lateness is a real problem, a list of to-do items not getting done is a real problem, and so is lying awake wondering if you upset someone by being too quiet - or too much. But almost every ADHDer I've worked with has spent years being told the problem is effort, when the problem was that nobody ever explained how their brain works.
Dr. Amanda is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology - and she is an ADHD'er herself.
She brings a wealth of experience that includes not just clinical training and her work with clients, but her own experiences in being a parent, emigrating, as a cancer survivor, and in building multiple award-winning businesses and creating and leading teams that thrive. Amanda credits having ADHD as a large part of her success. Put simply - she understands the challenges - and also the superpowers inside the ADHD and AuDHD neurotype.

No. Diagnosed, on a waitlist, or quietly fairly sure after your child's assessment. All fine.
No. Camera off, name changed, listening from the car. However you need to be there is how you should be there.
No. You can type in the chat or say nothing at all. Nobody is forced to speak.
Tuesdays are recorded and you'll have them for the whole six weeks. Thursdays aren't recorded because they are working sessions where people share.
Under two hours a week if you come to both. One hour if you only make Tuesdays.
Only what we do together on Thursdays. I'm not setting tasks for people who already have too many.
No. It's education, run by a clinical psychologist. If something comes up that needs individual support I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
I think so.
As someone who reads extensively I hear you..
Almost everything written about ADHD is aimed at children, or has just been extrapolated to adults. And, it's general.
This is six weeks focused on helping you understand your own unique brain.
The content is mine. For example, the 7 R's is my own framework. I teach it to organisations, schools and family services across Australia as a way of supporting an ADHDer. You won't have read that anywhere, unless you've been at one of my other trainings.
I will be drawing from many other theories and frameworks - I love to share what works - so I can't guarantee every minute will be 'new' - but it will always be my take on the information and why it's important (or not).
And of course, a book isn't live, and can't answer the questions you have - you'll be able to ask me, in the room, about your particular brain, and I'll answer it as a clinical psychologist who has one.
Hope this helps!
You keep the recordings and the materials. There'll be a self-paced version of the group later, and I'll ask this group what they want next before I build anything.
Email me any time before we start on 13 October and I'll refund you in full.
After that we're underway, but if something's not working, tell me and we'll sort it out.
